The Sandpiper Beach House

Communications with the owner was great. Available anytime of the day for questions about the house and area. House was well furnished with all the amenities for cooking if needed. The beach and town was within walking distance from the house. We had a great time.

Avalon is a favorite. This property has a great location and was very clean. Linens and towels all in fine shape. The house looks slightly nicer on the.website. The host was easy to reach and very helpful at letting us know what was happening in town. The kitchen was good except the dishwasher upper shelf was missing a piece to keep it in place so dinner plates did not fit on the bottom shelf. Also liquid and not pellets were useful. The pellets did not melt during the cycle. Having chairs and bicycles available was also very nice. I would consider renting again.

I’ve never stayed in a rental home where I felt the owners took a personal interest in our stay. Very hospitable and the house was stocked with sheets, towels and many other essentials. We love Avalon and The Sandpiper House is highly recommended.

Great home, location and host. Highly recommend a family vacation to this property.
