The Sandpiper Beach House

The house and location were great....very close to town, but far enough away so no noise/traffic. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the provided buggy to carry chairs, umbrellas, etc. House came with a lot of kitchenware (pots/pans, dishes, etc) and having linens and towels provided was great. The extra chairs and umbrellas at the house were great as well. Awesome sunsets from the deck and large backyard. Communication with owner was excellent from booking all the way through check-out.

The communication from Chris was top notch as was the home and location. Would highly recommend this rental for families. Brandon

We had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful home for 3 wonderful days. The homeowners Chris and Kate are very thoughtful with their amenities, decor, and living spaces. We were centrally located with restaurants, shops, and a Wawa close by. They have a full laundry room and 5 very spacious bedrooms. We Everything was modern with a whimsical beach theme. We loved our time there and can wait for our next trip to Avalon. To enjoy stay there again.

If you're looking for a great beach escape, look no further than The Sandpiper Beach House. Nestled just a couple of blocks from the shoreline, this little cottage met all of my expectations and was the perfect mix of cozy comfort and modern amenities. The open concept living space was perfect for our family gathering together, yet the bedrooms were quaintly private. The decor gave off a beachy vibe and the bikes, chairs, umbrellas and other "beach necessities" were not only a nice touch, but by the end of our trip, we realized how essential they were in making our stay even more enjoyable. Last, but not least, the location was perfect walking distance between the shoreline in one direction and restaurants, shops and bars in the other. We will definitely be booking The Sandpiper for future trips to the Shore.

This is our 2nd year staying at the sandpiper and we can’t say enough about the owners and the house! The location is perfect, short walk to beach, and an even closer walk to town. The ease of not having to bring linens, towels and beach chairs/bikes is priceless! All we bring is our clothing and food, it’s wonderful! The house is spotless and if we need anything the owners are extremely responsive! So glad we found the Sandpiper, we will be booking for summer 2025! Kindly, Lauren and Pete Doran , Malvern, Pa.
